Job DescriptionAs a Phlebotomist, you'll perform venipuncture for plasmapheresis and provide world-class quality service to donors. You'll be part of an agile, passionate, and fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with donors.
- Identify donor reactions and assist in determining donor suitability.
- Document procedures, maintain equipment calibration, and ensure a clean workspace.
We're looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, who can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is a plus.
