Job Description

The Phlebotomist will be responsible for performing venipuncture for plasmapheresis and providing exceptional quality service to donors. This role is critical to our donor-centric mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and engage with donors.
  • Identify donor reactions and assist in determining donor suitability.
  • Document procedures, maintain equipment calibration, and ensure a clean workspace.
About You

We're looking for a reliable individual with strong communication skills, who can work effectively in a diverse team environment.

  1. Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Previous experience as a Phlebotomist is a plus.
