Corporate Sales Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Sales Development Manager to join our team at Capital Recruit. In this role, you will be responsible for building new corporate clients, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Built strong relationships with key decision-makers in major organizations to improve opportunities for new sales
- Utilize excellent phone manners, rapport building, and relationship management skills when dealing with heads of department
- Maintain contact with key decision-makers through emails and phone calls
- Create innovative opportunities for new sales leads
- Act as a role model to other NBCMs in winning business by attaining targets and KPIs
- Network and telemarketing to obtain leads through self-generation
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma preferred but not essential
- Flexibility and adaptability to work out of hours or attend client/company functions
- Leadership and initiative to run your own business within the business
- Results orientation to understand KPIs, obtaining turnover targets, and what it means to the business
- Strong negotiating skills, ability to understand the client's needs, acquiring commitment from your client
- Customer focus, keeping customer informed, financial analysis, and business acumen
- Knowledge of MS Excel, understanding an uncapped earning potential salary
- Motivation to show colleagues encouragement and positive reinforcement
- Oral communication and presentation skills, well-groomed for client-to-client meetings
What We Offer:
- An estimated annual salary of R225,000 - R300,000, depending on experience
