  1. Perform quality checks on requisitions for Programme 3 in accordance with the checklist;
  2. Report acquisition status to line functions via email;
  3. Obtain and verify lease agreements for photocopy machines used by the Department;
  4. Process billing and invoicing for copy machine usage;
  5. Manage payment of copy machines;
  6. Verify invoices for processing;
  7. Approve specifications on the electronic purchasing system;
  8. Check compliance of service providers;
  9. Maintain a variation register;
  10. Manage contracts;
  11. Implement performance management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • National Diploma/B-Degree in Financial Management, Public Management or Supply Chain Management;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Management environment;
  • Valid Code B driving licence (or reasonable access to transport).
