Capital Recruit - Paid Media Specialist Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in George. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

Your Mission:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
  • Have a deep understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and ROI.
  • A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of campaign management experience, with a minimum of 1 year running paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google for business-to-customer products.
  • A relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification will be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Customer-centricity at the forefront of all conversations and decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Commercial acumen for factors driving business success in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving and accountability when meeting deadlines and driving projects.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
