Grants Administrator Job Description

At Recruitment Matters, we are seeking a highly skilled Grants Administrator to join our team. As a Grants Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the organization's grant-making processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maintaining compliance with legal and financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement grant-making processes to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage grant applications, proposals, and reports to ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new grant opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to grantees, donors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in grants administration, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant development, management, and administration.
  • Advanced systems skills, especially experience with donor and grant making software.
  • Strong understanding of the grant-making process, including proposal evaluation, fund disbursement, and project monitoring.
