Grants Management Specialist

As a Grants Administrator at HR Genie, you will be responsible for enhancing the organization\u2019s grant-making processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maintaining compliance with legal and financial requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing grant-making processes to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on grant-making activities.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with funding requirements and regulations.
- Coordinating with potential grantees and stakeholders to ensure successful grant implementation.
- Managing the application process and ensuring timely submission of grant proposals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software.
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor\u2019s degree and/or work experience in grants administration, accounting, or related field.
- Certificate or other training in grant writing and/or administration.
- Minimum of five (5) years increasingly responsible experience in grant development, management, and administration.
- Experience with non-profit organizations preferred.
- Advanced systems skills, especially experience with donor and grant making software.
