The role also involves coaching and mentoring Operations trainers, managing and reporting, and designing and developing pre-process, Onboarding, and/or specialized training modules after need assessments for all Processes at the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team and deliver Preprocess and Process Trainings to all employees.
  • Evaluate training feedback and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of trainings.
  • Coach and mentor Operations trainers.
  • Manage and report on training activities.
  • Design and develop pre-process, Onboarding, and/or specialized training modules.

Requirements

  • Graduate (in any stream) or diploma.
  • Total work experience should be a minimum of 5-6 years.
  • Minimum 1 year in the current role/assignment.
  • Experience in SETA functions.
  • Skills development Facilitator (SDF) experience.
