Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Debtors Administrator to join our team at Allmed Healthcare Professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the debtors' reconciliations, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain debtor's recons for the branch
  • Customize, balance, and upload consolidated invoices as needed
  • Assist with obtaining/checking timesheets from various institutions
  • Create document packs for delivery to institutions/clients
  • Liaise/meet with relevant parties to ensure timely receipt of documents/timesheets
  • Provide regular updates to management on outstanding invoices
  • Present monthly age analysis for the branch, including detailed notes
  • Follow up on outstanding monies for clients
  • Manage client correspondence regarding payment queries
  • Ensure timely payments from clients
  • Manage weekly/monthly statements, invoice tracker, and logging of calls/pay queries
Requirements
  • Previous experience in finance/accounts administration preferred
  • Formal administrative qualification highly advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Estimated Salary

R 250,000 - R 300,000 per annum, depending on experience
