The Legends Agency is seeking an experienced Debtors and Creditors Administrator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our debtors and creditors processes, provide general administrative support, and maintain accurate financial records.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and have experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments accurately and on time;
  • Maintain creditor records and ensure up-to-date accounts;
  • Prepare and send customer invoices;
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collection of debts;
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies;
  • Issue receipts for payments received and update the debtor ledger;
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed;
Requirements
  • A minimum of Grade 12 qualification;
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative, reception, or accounts role;
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting practices;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
  • Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar);
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication skills;
Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
