Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Educational Administrator to join our team at Profile Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities, including requests for bids, proposals, and discretionary grant applications.
  • Verify the company's accreditation and training materials required for bids.
  • Attend tender briefings and compile bids.
  • Prepare quotations and arrange courier services for bids or deliver bids.
  • Assist in the compilation of proposals and establish relationships with SETAs, Skills development facilitators, and Human resource development managers.
  • Identify in-demand courses not offered by the company and advertise the company's services.
  • Capture networking contacts and maintain the company's Facebook account.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development and administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
