Job Title: Digital Media Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team at Prudent HR Solutions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing innovative content for diverse media platforms, including the web, social media, presentations, and occasional print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, develop, schedule, and monitor digital and social media campaigns across various platforms for multiple group companies.
  • Enhance brand awareness on digital and print media platforms.
  • Maintain, update, and refresh website content on company websites, online directories, and portals.
  • Create SEO-optimized content and ensure best practices across digital platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies.
  • Keep the online media library up to date.
  • Monitor and report on the impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital media trends and design technology.
  • Constantly seek creative ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Apply basic budgeting skills to reconcile paid digital media placements with the available budget.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address needs.
  • Discuss goals and needs for specific projects, designing ads to meet these goals, and placing targeted consumer ads on social media or other digital platforms.
  • Identify training and development needs and proactively select effective solutions to address development gaps.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of a personal development plan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a graphic designer in an agency.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a digital specialist in a B2B environment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Education: Minimum requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a graphic designer in an agency, Minimum of 2 years' experience as a digital specialist in a B2B environment, Possession of a valid driver's license.
