Job Description

As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based care tailored to individual patient needs, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress accurately.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment outcomes, adhere to infection control protocols, maintain confidentiality of patient records, and meet Saudi healthcare regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Accredited Nursing Diploma required;
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and SCFHS license eligibility necessary;
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience for Staff Nurse I positions or 1 year for specialized departments;
  • Fluent English communication skills mandatory for patient safety; Arabic understanding preferred but not essential.
