The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's SAP HR modules. This individual will also provide 3rd-line support for incident management and maintenance of security and access control.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design System Solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Present technical specifications for approval by the line manager.
  • Ensure system data integrity and make refinements to the prototype.
Implement System Changes
  • Liaise with vendors and business analysts to move changes to live environment.
  • Make required system changes and monitor implemented changes.
User Training and Support
  • Create and maintain training content on all platforms.
  • Train users in SAP modules supported.
Requirements
  • Relevant diploma/degree in IT or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in SAP HR support pack implementation or certified SAP HR systems analyst.
  • SAP HR (or other relevant program/application) proficiency.
