Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure effective administration of customer accounts, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Travel to customer sites, as required, to provide on-site support and training.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the diesel/earthmoving or forklift industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of diesel/earthmoving and forklift equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
