About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Home Manager with a range of reception, administrative, and basic finance activities.

As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all those who visit, live, and work in our homes.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors follow the infection control rules in force at any given time, as well as coordinating testing requirements, organizing couriers, and associated administrative tasks.

Our homes are vibrant and fun, and you will assist with planning and managing events, including celebrating residents' milestone birthdays, fetes, employee presentations, and other activities planned by our Activities Coordinator.

In joining our team, you will become part of our extended family, working alongside other team members who are passionate about providing a safe environment and warmth and kindness to all those who live and work in our homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager with reception, administrative, and basic finance activities
  • Ensure visitors follow infection control rules
  • Coordinate testing requirements and organize couriers
  • Assist with planning and managing events
  • Provide a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors
