Commercial Sales Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key player in driving growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HVAC products and services.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in the commercial and industrial sectors. You will possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for HVAC products and services.
- Identify and target potential customers in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and propose suitable HVAC solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers.
- Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations and negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful implementation of sold HVAC systems.
