Job Description

Placement Point is seeking a skilled Financial Ledger Coordinator to join their team in Montana. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Sage 300.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers and accounts
  • Process invoices and generate timely account reports
  • Respond promptly to customer billing inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Handle follow-up calls on a daily basis
  • Ensure A/R customer files are accurate and well-maintained

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) certification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Excellent telephonic communication skills
  • Relevant degree or course (advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and Sage 300

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
