As a sales and account management expert, you will drive growth and success for our business.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our services to potential clients, while fostering strong business and customer relationships.
- Develop Your Sales Pipeline: Identify and engage with new prospective client schools within your designated region. This involves cold calling, attending conferences, hosting product demos, and pitching to key decision makers.
- Client Onboarding & Training: Schedule training sessions with school-end users, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.
- Collaborate with our account management team to hand over newly signed schools and ensure their success.
- Update and manage changes in your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Proven success in B2B sales and account management; remote or travel sales experience an asset.
- Strong phone and email communication skills, particularly in cold call environments.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proficiency in computer software, ideally including payment applications.
- Exceptional administrative skills, with the ability to manage your own time efficiently.
Desirable Qualifications: Education sector experience, either as an educator or sales professional.
