  • Effectively promote all products in the portfolio.
  • Communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Analyze competitors' products and develop appropriate responses.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, payers, government, and employees representing our products and services.
  • Gather customer requirements to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to successful congresses and training workshops.
  • Manage relationships with customers, prospects, and key opinion leaders.
  • Apply customer profiling and mapping tools to grow product families according to customer needs.

Sales Reporting and Administration:

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales budgets for the SBU.
  • Support daily Ariba/Trade world, tender input, and quote requests.
  • Submit expense claims on time with correct allocations.
  • Deliver monthly reports to the Business Unit Manager.
  • Record weekly call reports and planners on Force Manager.
  • Comply with regulatory SOPs, SA Regulations, and Code of Business Ethics.

Training and Education:

  • Implement marketing function effectively.
  • Prepare presentations for Sales Consultants' and management meetings.
  • Provide product information and technical/clinical application details.
  • Develop educational events for customers to enhance growth.
  • Train new customers on the range of products.

Reporting and Compliance:

  • Follow group credit policies and procedures.
  • Maintain administrative responsibilities, including monthly marketing activity reports.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards for product and marketing activities.

Stock Management:

  • Support stock rotation and slow-moving inventory identification and returns.
  • Manage demo equipment allocated to customers.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 (NSC) qualification.
  • Relevant degree or diploma advantageous.
  • Project management and sales experience beneficial.
  • Certified paramedic or extensive EMS experience required.
  • Key account management experience necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (level 2) and MS Word, required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills essential.
  • Negotiation skills crucial.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Motivated and results-oriented.
  • Travel extensively in the country and occasionally abroad.

Salary and Benefits: R60,000 - R65,000 per month (CTC)

Includes: Travel allowance, pension, medical aid. Our client will provide a laptop, iPad, fuel card, and reimburse cell phone (R969) and data (up to R100 pm).
