Job Title

  1. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our insurance services within the agriculture industry, through a combination of direct sales and marketing activities.

About the Role

  1. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  2. A high level of creativity and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on these.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  2. Relevant degree or qualification in marketing or a related field.
  3. At least 3-5 years' experience in a marketing or sales environment, preferably in the agriculture industry.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
