• Training and development of staff at dealership level
• After-sale dealer support
• Efficiently maintain SLAs for each aspect of the policy life cycle
• Maintain superior customer service standards
• Fulfill various administrative duties
• Travel
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English
- Ideal candidate would have an understanding of dealer operations and the motor industry
- A firm grasp of regulatory environments: FAIS, CPA, POPIA
- Effective negotiation & communication skills
- Sound analytical & decision-making skills
- Multi-tasking ability
- Intercultural adaptability and sensibility
