Job Title: Training and Customer Support Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Customer Support Consultant to join our team at Emporium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing training plans with customers, reporting on training progress, and providing system training and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and report on training progress to ensure effective delivery
  • Provide system training to customers and resolve technical issues
  • Offer exceptional customer support and resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Assist with data preparation and uploading for new customers

Requirements:

  • Training or consulting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Customer service experience an advantage
