Training and Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Customer Support Consultant to join our team at Emporium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing training plans with customers, reporting on training progress, and providing system training and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training plans to meet customer needs
- Monitor and report on training progress to ensure effective delivery
- Provide system training to customers and resolve technical issues
- Offer exceptional customer support and resolve queries in a timely manner
- Assist with data preparation and uploading for new customers
Requirements:
- Training or consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Accounting software packages
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Customer service experience an advantage
