Key Responsibilities:
Advocate for the advantages of transformation to facilitate a seamless transition throughout the change management journey. Formulate strategies and methodologies to assist leaders in adopting new operational standards. Contribute to the training and development of new protocols and guidelines. Comprehend the comprehensive scope of changes planned for various business sectors and their implications. Clarify how the benefits of change within a business unit align with broader organizational transformation initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes. Assess the effectiveness of change integration within the organization. Maintain and update the change capacity planning framework, encompassing all related initiatives. Conduct analyses on change impacts, readiness assessments, and training needs related to change. Develop approaches to overcome obstacles and resistance to change. Oversee the integration and capacity enhancement of multiple change management projects. Foster an understanding of new initiatives and prepare for upcoming changes. Establish a support framework for change across the organization. Recognize the benefits of change and devise processes to monitor them. Evaluate the culture and capability for change within the organization and allocate resources to strengthen these areas. Monitor expenditures in accordance with the operational budget. Identify and manage potential risks that could lead to increased costs. Control expenses within the approved budget to achieve financial efficiencies. Cultivate relationships that facilitate expectation management, knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement. Engage in cross-departmental collaborations to provide and receive support. Ensure adherence to relevant policies, governance, and operational standards. Stay informed about legislative changes, industry best practices, and internal compliance requirements. Research and consult on enhancements and opportunities to leverage technology. Review current processes and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy. Analyze customer feedback to align processes for optimal efficiency. Provide regular updates on service delivery in relation to established performance metrics. Identify necessary competencies and skills for personal and team development. Oversee team performance in alignment with defined objectives. Manage performance evaluations, recognition, and retention strategies in accordance with HR policies. Participate in talent management initiatives as per HR guidelines. Implement diversity and inclusion targets in recruitment and employee movement. Define clear goals for team members and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback. Address conflicts and respond to any concerns raised. Set ambitious goals for the team and inspire achievement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Industrial Psychology, or Change Management Certification. Experience: 5-7 years of leadership and management experience. Background in the financial services sector. Proven experience in establishing change management and training capabilities. Involvement in change management for digital transformation initiatives.
