  • We are seeking a skilled Training Development Manager to lead our employee learning and development initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of our manufacturing team. This includes creating and updating content focused on technical skills, compliance, and manufacturing processes. You will also ensure that all training aligns with occupational health and safety standards as well as local labor laws.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and Delivering Training Programs: Design and implement training initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our manufacturing operations.
  2. Safety and Compliance Training: Ensure that all training materials are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  3. Skills Gap Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify areas where employees need additional training or support.
  4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our training initiatives to senior management.
  5. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to training coordinators and external trainers to promote a culture of continuous learning.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field: A strong educational foundation is essential for this position.

Additionally, we require:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing: With at least 3 years in a training or managerial role, you should possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  2. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, regulatory standards, and quality control measures.
  3. Excellent communication and facilitation skills: Ability to engage and motivate employees, as well as communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Proficient in LMS, training software, and MS Office: Strong technical skills to manage and deliver training programs efficiently.
  5. Strong leadership qualities: Proven ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and drive results-oriented performance.
