About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Training Programs Strategist to join our team at Revtech Global (Pty) Ltd. Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational priorities and develop long-term skills development strategies.
- Conduct thorough skills gap analyses to identify current and future training needs.
- Design and implement innovative training programs that meet business objectives and operational requirements.
- Partner with external subject matter experts to create specialized skills development programs.
- Foster stakeholder engagement throughout the organization to gather insights and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with HR Operations to integrate training with broader talent management strategies.
- Lead and inspire a team of training professionals to ensure effective delivery and measurable impact of training initiatives.
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in Leadership Development, Learning Design, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
Experience:A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic training management or a similar senior-level role within manufacturing or industrial sectors is required. Experience with MERSETA knowledge is preferable.
Technical Expertise:A deep understanding of manufacturing processes, workforce development, and regulatory compliance is essential. Proficiency in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and performance tracking tools is also required.
Key Competencies:- Visionary thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable training solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Data-driven decision-making with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Agile and resilient, capable of thriving in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
