About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Training Programs Strategist to join our team at Revtech Global (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that address critical business objectives and operational needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand organizational priorities and develop long-term skills development strategies.
  • Conduct thorough skills gap analyses to identify current and future training needs.
  • Design and implement innovative training programs that meet business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Partner with external subject matter experts to create specialized skills development programs.
  • Foster stakeholder engagement throughout the organization to gather insights and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with HR Operations to integrate training with broader talent management strategies.
  • Lead and inspire a team of training professionals to ensure effective delivery and measurable impact of training initiatives.
Requirements:Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in Leadership Development, Learning Design, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are advantageous.

Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic training management or a similar senior-level role within manufacturing or industrial sectors is required. Experience with MERSETA knowledge is preferable.

Technical Expertise:

A deep understanding of manufacturing processes, workforce development, and regulatory compliance is essential. Proficiency in leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and performance tracking tools is also required.

Estimated Salary:

R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
