The Commercial Systems unit is responsible for designing, developing, and operating services that are at the heart of our business. Our Salesforce team is responsible for the development and configuration of our Salesforce instance, and we are looking for a talented engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seek improvements to engineering and operations practices to drive business success
  • Deliver engineering solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues on business analysis and technical designs to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide Salesforce subject matter expertise to engineering teams and business operations to ensure seamless integration and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related engineering field
  • Senior-level experience as a software developer on Salesforce, with a strong understanding of the platform and its capabilities
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems, including experience with APIs and data integration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate remotely with a diverse set of team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel to international destinations for one week at a time, approximately 2-4 times per year
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a software developer in a high-level language, such as Go or Python
  • Experience in a business role, such as sales, finance, or operations, with a strong understanding of business processes and operations
