Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Adcorp Group. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of timesheets, managing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of payroll-related tasks, from developing and maintaining SOPs to managing benefit payments and controlling non-standard and client-specific templates.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the coordination of timesheets and ensure accurate balancing and checking of payroll data.
  • Manage and oversee payroll processes, including monitoring error reports and streamlining processes to reduce errors.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for payroll-related tasks and ensure adherence to all HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage benefit payments, bonus process, and leave payments.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a management role.
  • Sound knowledge of AX and D-Bit systems, as well as payroll experience with at least 5 years in management roles.
  • TES industry payroll experience is advantageous.
