  1. To consult with customers, answer product-based questions, and advise them on selecting the best beauty products that meet their needs.
  2. To drive and maximise sales of our beauty department by promoting, cross-selling, and up-selling to ensure consistent meeting of monthly targets.
  3. To maintain updated knowledge on all beauty products, ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers at all times.
  4. To efficiently execute operational activities within the beauty department, including effective stock management, minimising shrinkage, and ensuring high standards of general housekeeping and administration.
  5. To promote the Clicks clubcard and enrol new clubcard members to achieve participation targets.
Requirements
  • Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG environments or sales/marketing backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with selling principles, retail/FMCG merchandising and promotions principles, stock management procedures, customer service excellence, beauty and skincare products, results-driven attitude, strong customer orientation, interpersonal skills, engaging and confident communication.
