Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment Specialist to join our team at The Hiring House.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's talent acquisition efforts. As a Strategic Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute proactive recruitment plans to fill critical positions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source and screen high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and Employee Self Service (ESS).
  • Utilize creative and cost-effective methods to attract candidates, including designing compelling job postings and messaging.
  • Educate hiring managers on best practices in recruitment, including competency-based interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Act as an advocate for best practice, ensuring that all recruitment activities are conducted in an ethical and transparent manner.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance the overall recruitment process.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in multiple functions and business lines.
  • Expert knowledge of external sourcing tools, including search engines, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
