Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel's front office department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and be able to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of the front office department.
  • Maximize room occupancy rates while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Implement effective payment systems and controls to minimize errors.
  • Manage guest charges accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 certification or equivalent.
  • Hospitality Management Qualification.
  • At least 3 years experience as a Front Office Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of Opera Cloud.
