This role is pivotal in contributing to the mission and overall success of the organization.

Duties:
  1. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of the Front Office Department.
  2. Maintain high occupancies and rates by ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  3. Implement effective systems and controls for handling various payment methods, deposits, rate variances, and cash-ups.
  4. E nsure accurate charges on guest bills and maintain up-to-date records.
  5. Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Grade 12
  2. Hospitality Management Qualification
  3. At least 3 years' experience as a Front Office Manager
  4. Extensive knowledge of Opera Cloud
  5. Ability to remain positive and focused in fast-paced environments.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills
  7. Effective communication skills
