Front Office Manager

A renowned hotel in Benoni seeks an exceptional Front Office Manager to craft a lasting impression, surpassing customer expectations through efficient delivery and friendly service with a great attitude, good knowledge of the menu, and hotel services. This role is pivotal in contributing to the mission and overall success of the organization.
Duties:
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of the Front Office Department.
- Maintain high occupancies and rates by ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Implement effective systems and controls for handling various payment methods, deposits, rate variances, and cash-ups.
- E nsure accurate charges on guest bills and maintain up-to-date records.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Hospitality Management Qualification
- At least 3 years' experience as a Front Office Manager
- Extensive knowledge of Opera Cloud
- Ability to remain positive and focused in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
