Job Description:
We seek a talented Business Central Technical Support Specialist to join our client support team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide application/technical support to clients through our online helpdesk, telephone, and email channels. You'll be the primary point of contact for all client support and enquiries, requiring strong problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-level customer satisfaction for support incidents, performing investigations, and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for escalating incidents, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining accurate records in our helpdesk management system. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Business Central Consultant Team for successful client onboarding and project delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in Business Central helpdesk support, along with hands-on experience with ticket management systems and knowledge of finance/inventory management. Microsoft certifications, such as MB800, are desirable but not essential. The ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and a passion for customer service make you an excellent fit for this role.
