The Brand Operations & Strategy Advisor will be responsible for providing expert support to the Group CEO in managing and enhancing the luxury brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze brand performance metrics, including sales, market share, and customer feedback, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and manage strategic projects related to brand expansion, product launches, and market development, ensuring alignment with the CEO's vision.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across brand operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy and identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of brand messaging and communication strategies to maintain brand consistency and enhance brand perception.
  • Analyze and optimize distribution and supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to retail teams, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
  • Monitor financial performance of brand-related initiatives and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to the CEO and other key stakeholders, summarizing brand performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Meeting facilitation: Prepare agendas, and ensure meetings are productive and focused on brand-related objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in senior-level roles within the retail, distribution, or FMCG industry, with a strong focus on brand management and operations.
  • Proven track record of success in driving brand growth and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
