Office Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Frogg Recruitment SA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee bookkeeping, including capturing and processing payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate human resources tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to improve office efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with relevant qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an office manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong bookkeeping skills, including experience with capturing and processing payments.
  • Insurance experience, including interacting with brokers on claims and renewals.
  • Ability to create and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and other administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and human resources management.
