We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Frogg Recruitment SA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Oversee bookkeeping, including capturing and processing payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate human resources tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and procedures to improve office efficiency.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with relevant qualifications.
- At least 5 years of experience as an office manager in a similar industry.
- Strong bookkeeping skills, including experience with capturing and processing payments.
- Insurance experience, including interacting with brokers on claims and renewals.
- Ability to create and manage meeting agendas, minutes, and other administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in payroll processing and human resources management.
