Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Persona Staff (Pty) Ltd.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to make a real impact in our business. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing part orders within 24 hours, and ensuring timely delivery.

You will also play a key role in managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and maintaining data entry accuracy. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing documentation, ensuring critical part availability, and processing returns and warranty claims.

Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Windows Business Central experience beneficial
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Own transport
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • Matric certificate
  • Detail orientated and time management skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is R300,000-R400,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
