  • Strong pharmacology knowledge.
  • Proficient in nursing processes and procedures.
  • Expertise in infection prevention and control.
  • Understanding of scientific nursing principles and processes.
  • Able to develop and modify nursing care plans.
  • Familiarity with the scope of practice for nurse practitioners.
  • Specialised wards may require ACLS, ATLS, PALS training.
  • Excellent analytical and interpretation skills.
  • Basic life support trained.
