About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Conference Coordinator to manage our events from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and coordinate events, considering the requirements, target audience, and goals.
  2. Provide suggestions to improve the event's success.
  3. Manage budgets and ensure they are adhered to.
  4. Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best services.
  5. Be responsible for hiring event staff (DJs, waiters, etc.).
  6. Supervise all event operations.
  7. Leverage promotional activities to promote the event.
  8. Authorize all event aspects prior to the event day.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event planning.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
