Reception and Administrative Coordinator

As a key member of our support staff, the Administration Assistant will provide administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of our Home. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors, residents, and employees.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors follow infection control rules and coordinate testing requirements as needed. In addition, you will work closely with our Home Manager to plan and manage events, including resident milestone birthdays, employee presentations, and other activities.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
