Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Team Coordinator to support our project management team at Headhunters.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining accurate records.
  • This includes working closely with the project manager, monitoring project progress, and identifying potential risks.
  • A strong background in engineering, preferably with a National Diploma or Degree, and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager is essential.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A high degree of computer literacy is required, particularly in Microsoft applications such as Office, Projects, and Excel.
