Job Description

LMP RECRUIT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our provincial office, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Services SETA mandate in the province.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in public administration, business management, or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in coordination/liaison positions.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively with stakeholders, maintain accurate databases, and produce high-quality reports. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to drive evidence collection in real-time, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders on relevant matters based on the mandate of the Provincial Office
  • Coordinate the submission of ATR/WSP by the stakeholders
  • Maintain and regularly update a database of all accredited providers in the province
  • Record and keep details of any stakeholder who makes contact with the Provincial Office
  • Record and take minutes during meetings with the stakeholders
  • Distribute information on critical and scarce skills to all member SDFs in the Province and report on these interventions
Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate, at a minimum NQF 4
  • Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Administration, Business Management, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in coordination/liaison position
  • In-depth knowledge of skills development legislation, policy, and frameworks
