Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive brand growth and development across various territories.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand engagement managers, brand engagement leads, marketing brand engagement managers, commercial deployment managers, regional sales managers, and territory development representatives.
  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and equity.
    • Track and report on key compliance and campaign results using provided systems and tools.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Drive operational excellence by ensuring relevant brand staging as required per campaign, brand, and communication cycle.
    • Negotiate and maintain a base of LAMP venues within area to achieve marketing KPIs as set out (Visibility, engagement, equity).

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Tertiary qualification in a business management or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG sales or On Con.
    • Experience in consumer engagement, brand experience, or event planning is advantageous.
  • Skills
    • Full Microsoft Office Suite (Works, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
