Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining quality assurance in the company's offices.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework.
  • Investigate and address potential compliance issues.
  • Manage client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.
  • Address Fit and Proper queries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain compliance procedures and manuals.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and report findings.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant degree in a field such as law or finance.
  • Registration as a CAT II Compliance Officer with the FSCA.
  • Hold RE 1 and RE 3 certifications.

Three to five years of experience in compliance is required, preferably in the financial services industry.
