Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Virtual Technical Support Consultant. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently.

In this role, you will provide technical support to our global clients via phone, email, and other channels. You will troubleshoot customer issues, document interactions and solutions, and monitor customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to clients via multiple communication channels.
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  3. Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference.
  4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Escalate complex issues to senior personnel for further assistance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
