We are currently hiring a Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our team at Crew Life at Sea. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and other team members to ensure that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

In addition to your culinary expertise, you will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting is required for this role, as well as a culinary degree or certification. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential.
