About This Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled 1st Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Japanese dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.


What You'll Do

As a 1st Cook, your key responsibilities will include:

  • PREPARING AND COOKING A RANGE OF JAPANESE DISHES, INCLUDING SUSHI, SASIMI, TEMPURA, AND OTHER TRADITIONAL FAVORITES.
  • ASSISTING IN MENU PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT, TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION GUEST PREFERENCES AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS.
  • MULTITASKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WHILE MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS OF SAFETY AND HYGIENE.
