Job Description:

The Portfolio Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the accurate production of all client portfolio review documentation and reports. This includes regularly updating and maintaining client, insurance, and investment information in the client management system.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • New business implementation
  • Marketing plan implementation
  • Relief reception duties
  • Compliance with FAIS and FICA acts and other relevant legislation

The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in finance, minimum 2 years' experience, industry-related training, and proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel. Attention to detail and creative thinking are essential skills for this role.
