Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential blocks and estates, ensuring compliance with all lease and legal requirements.

">

This involves acting as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and clients, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.

">

In addition, the candidate will work with the UK compliance team to ensure properties comply with relevant health and safety regulations, fire safety laws, and leasehold legislation.

">

They will also assist in the preparation and management of service charge budgets, working with accountants to ensure financial accuracy.

">

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year of experience in property/block management, strong knowledge of UK leasehold and estate management regulations, and experience handling service charges, maintenance, and compliance.

They must also have excellent communication skills written and verbal, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new CRM for Property Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and estates.">
  • Ensure compliance with all lease and legal requirements.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, and clients.">
  • Work with the UK compliance team to ensure properties comply with relevant health and safety regulations, fire safety laws, and leasehold legislation.">
  • Assist in the preparation and management of service charge budgets.">
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and planned works.">
  • Put together a site visit report based on the pictures and information supplied by the UK team.">
  • Collaborate with freeholders, leaseholders, and directors, providing updates and professional guidance on property-related matters.">
  • Handle complaints, disputes, and legal issues professionally and in line with best practices.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in property/block management.">
  • Strong knowledge of UK leasehold and estate management regulations.">
  • Experience handling service charges, maintenance, and compliance.">
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.">
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.">
  • Ability to learn new CRM for Property Management.">
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with the wider team.">

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in client account management and dispute resolution.">
