As a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating vendor activities, and addressing any issues that may arise during property operations.

With a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless property management, this role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position with flexible work hours, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Portfolio Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple properties, including Airbnb units, student accommodations, and long-term rentals.
  2. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and tenants, handling inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs via email and messaging platforms.
  3. Logistical Tasks: Manage cleaning schedules, maintenance requests, and supply orders, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and reports, to ensure transparency and compliance.
  5. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all properties meet regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  6. Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.
  7. Problem Solving: Address any issues that may arise during property operations, applying a logical and analytical approach to find solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in property management, hospitality, or an administrative role requiring structured, independent work.
  2. Education: A relevant degree / diploma in business administration, property management, or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
  3. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in property management software and digital tools, including Airbnb, Guesty, Hostaway, Google Workspace, Xero, and Trello.
  4. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear, professional messages and documents.
  5. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: A methodical approach to handling challenges and finding solutions.
  6. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in working with numbers, spreadsheets, records, and logistics.
