Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing ad-hoc HR administrator requests and ensuring that all assessments are filed and loaded onto Sharepoint.
  • Complete, check and file HR administration to ensure sufficient, compliant, and accurate documentation is in place and filed accurately and confidentially.
  • Scheduling & attending onboarding & exit interviews.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Ensuring monthly recruitment stats are updated timeously.
  • Creating recruitment tracker for all new vacancies, listing all pre-qualifying information.
  • Distributing surveys as per planned commitments.
